Our fair and transparent refund policy for competition registrations.

Our Refund Approach

We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both participants and the competition organisers.

When Refunds Apply

  • Full refund — Requested within 14 days of registration AND before the submission deadline
  • 50% refund — Requested more than 14 days after registration but before Oct 1, 2025
  • No refund — Requested after Oct 1, 2025, or after submission deadline
  • Full refund — If RCC cancels the competition for any reason

Include: Registration details and reason for request.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
